Listen as Dr. Metzen reviews equine eye disorders, treatments,emergency triage and expected outcomes. Some of the topics covered will include corneal trauma, uveitis, cataracts, ocular neoplasia and periocular trauma.
Dr. Logan Metzen is an equine veterinarian working out of Bluff Country Equine in Winona, MN. His practice area encompasses the Driftless region of southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Dr. Metzen is a North Dakota native and a graduate of North Dakota State University and Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining the team at Bluff Country Equine, he completed a rotating internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, Kentucky.
